Are you still having some problems with zits? Still wondering why you are? Some things that can cause acne for you are diet, hormones, stress, and illness.
Here are some reminders of what you can do to help you reduce and eliminate acne. Wash your face every night with a non-perfume soap making sure you have removed all of your make-up, for those of you wearing make-up. Listerine is a good astringent. Make sure that you wash your hands thoroughly after touching/squeezing these zits and scrub under the fingernails. The white stuff that comes out of them is actually a bacteria and if you touch another part of your face or body you can leave this bacteria there to create another one.
Take a look at your diet... are you eating a lot of "junk foods" high in fat such as potato chips? How about a lot of sweets such as chocolate and other candies? Try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables instead.
