This is an amazing talk to every teen girl to listen to just with the wonderful advise you give. Is there a written up copy somewhere though because my internet won't let me upload it all and i want to read the rest of it.

Wow, this was such a good presentation. Great advise and great examples. Body bashing starts younger and younger these days. This presentation needs to be shown to all women, young and old!

Jen this is amazing. I love that you calmly teach the truth and know that you are not the one doing the convincing, I can tell you do know who touches hearts. Thank you for sharing your understanding with all of us. I am a mother of 3 so far and I have worried so much about how to help my kids. It already has helped me see myself even better - more the way I should - and I hope they will be able to learn from that too. Thank You, Thank You! Keep it up.
