Why are you using this photo? This woman is NOT dressed according to the standards in For The Strenght of Youth. How can you preach modesty but then allow immodesty on your website?

You’re right, that was Daisy Fuentes who is the spokeswoman for Winsor Pilates. I didn’t realize that she was wearing a tank top. I removed the picture and replaced it with the pilates logo.

you siad you work out 5-6 days a week, how do you find time for all that? and what kinds of thing do you do to get that full work out in?

Well, not many people have time to work out soo much every day- So try just before going to bed working out of 5-10 min. and when you wake up do the same 5-10 min. If you can’t find time to work out but you find time to watch tv (like me) try doing crunches or something during the commercials. The point of working out is to be healthy- Ask the lord to help you and i’m sure you can find time.

I try to work out as much as possible but just can’t seem to lose andything. i tried the challenge on the back of the cereal boxes, (cereal 3 times a day,) but nothing has worked! Help!

I’ve heard that for an exercise program, results should be seen after six weeks. So I would try waiting. Plus you need to watch what you eat; i.e. word of wisdom diet etc. Give yourself time- your thyroid may need time to catch up if you haven’t really worked out before, then after 6 weeks or so the results may speed up. You can also make sure you’re doing the right kind of exercise- if you want to bulk up, you won’t actually lose any pounds- you’ll rather exchange fat for muscle, and you can do that by heavy lifting of a few reps. Or if you want to sculpt, you should do at least 30 min of cardio 2 or 3 times a week, plus high reps for lifting low weight levels. You can even split up your cardio- 15 minutes twice a day, etc. You’ll find so much on google about personalizing your program.
