This is an amazing talk to every teen girl to listen to just with the wonderful advise you give. Is there a written up copy somewhere though because my internet won't let me upload it all and i want to read the rest of it.

Wow, this was such a good presentation. Great advise and great examples. Body bashing starts younger and younger these days. This presentation needs to be shown to all women, young and old!

Jen this is amazing. I love that you calmly teach the truth and know that you are not the one doing the convincing, I can tell you do know who touches hearts. Thank you for sharing your understanding with all of us. I am a mother of 3 so far and I have worried so much about how to help my kids. It already has helped me see myself even better – more the way I should – and I hope they will be able to learn from that too. Thank You, Thank You! Keep it up.

Great job! Your overall presentation is really well done!
You definitely have a way of putting into words the internal problems we all face. Your wonderful perspective has helped me as a woman. It has reminded me of who I am and what I need to focus more on as a daughter of God, which couldn't have come at a more perfect time.
Thank you so much for sharing this video. If you never know how many young woman you help, just know you've helped this one!
Best of wishes for you as a mother and within your chosen endeavors.
